For instance, if someone was a micromanager before COVID-19, they will be a micro-manager during and after Covid-19. The fact you now have to communicate virtually really doesn’t make you stop being a micromanager. So a lot has changed, mainly the medium in which we communicate, not the style, frequency or intent of that communication.”

- to be more flexible, listen to team members more, and encourage them to be more open to help balance the distance and remote learning
to focus on priorities and better balance my instinct to want to contribute and achieve as much as possible.
- to find a way of working that is flexible and responsive, but also respects people’ work/life balance and boundaries.
- to be more engaging through remote working and continue to collaborate with and learn from others

- To effectively & virtually work in a team, improved understanding in taking up others opinion/views virtually in absence of body language and lead the team in difficult time and taking decision in consensus.

Being introvert, the pandemic taught me to stay productive while working from home. I do office work and households at the same time. Also taught me to be an experimental Chef 😊.
