Her friend Janet sees him and tells him that she should go out with her new neighbor because Stella needed a new boyfriend; but he looked sad and Stella wondered why he was like that.
One morning she greeted him and they introduced themselves, the new neighbor's name was Tony Bryant.
She did not see him again after that day until Friday when she heard him on the phone with Kathy, but Stella did not know who Kathy was.
Then she came to the apple that she was eating at the table and she went to Tony Bryant's house, she opened the door and she didn't know what to say. Until after a while she told him that she wanted to know if she was alright, Tony replied "yes, I'm alright", to which Stella said "Okay, bye", then Tony called her and apologized, and invited her to have a coffee but he was already late for work.

And she saw Klaus one of her waiters, and Stella liked him, and he invited her to the movies and she accepted. When Stella arrived at her house, she saw Tony and he invited her to have a drink at the Tree Bar, but she said no because she was going to the movies.

Stella looked at Tony in his blue shirt like the color of his eyes and he looked really good too. Tony started talking about Kathy but then he realized that  it was not the time to talk about her and he just wanted to enjoy the night with Stella and asked her to talk about her and her life, Stella smiled at him, Tony and Stella they sat at a table and looked like a couple, Tony told her that he like being there, he smiled at her and toasted with Stella saying ¨ to the good neighbors ¨. Tony then asked him to tell him about his work and that restaurant, at that moment Stella spoke without thinking and told him that she could cook for him at his house, Tony smiled at her and said yes. Stella started to tell her about her work and Tony told her that Daisy also liked to cook with Kathy, Stella asked her if Kathy was also a cook and Tony told her that she is a teacher and that is where she had met Cameron, Stella told her that some time ago she also loved a person ¨James¨ but that he had many girlfriends. At that moment to and told Stella that he like her a lot, Stella said the same thing, Tony looked her in the eyes and told him to go have tea on the weekend because he and Daisy wanted to see her again. Stella went to have tea on Sunday, they played a lot with Daisy who  were very hot, when Daisy fell sleep, they went out to garden and held hands and kissed. The next day Stella met with Janet and told her about her and Tony, but Janet didn´t seem happy and Stella asked her why are they like this and Janet just told her that all she wanted was for Stella to be happy. One day Stella left her work and saw James in a bar with a woman and they seemed to be very happy, she came home and saw Tony walking with a woman with long black hair towards the door of Tony´s house and Stella wonders who she was.

The next day Tony's car was gone.
After work she quickly went to Bridge Street but not to her house, but to Tony's house to ask who was that woman she had seen him with.
He said that she was Kathy and that she had come to talk to him.
Stella was unsure enough that she asked him if he still loved Kathy, who is the mother of her daughter Daisy, but he told her that she didn't. That he wanted to be with Stella and that he loved her, so that's when Kathy smiled and told him that she loved him too.
And he told her that Kathy had come to her house because he wanted to tell her that he was taking Daisy with her and her husband to Scotland. And for that Tony was too sad because he wouldn't see his daughter anymore.
