         <description><![CDATA[<div>The service users have to gain your trust as if they don't then you will not be able to offer them the best care. for example, if a diabetic needs an insulin injection but don't trust you then they may not allow you to carry out their personal care which will but their health at risk.<br>As you are working with vulnerable people, communication is key to both service users and other members of staff. This is because miscommunication can result in serious consequences. For example, if someone gave a service user their medication but forgot to write in their notes or inform a colleague, this may result in an overdose causing potential death.<br><br></div>]]></description>
