         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many of my FNMI students have built an identity that says they will not do as well, or they are just not able to achieve. Maintaining high standards, regardless of the situation, and supporting and believing in their ability to reach that goal the same as every other student impacts them on the long run. In some cases this took literally years, but by believing in them they start to learn to believe in themselves.</div>]]></description>
