Good: Diagonal windows to direct rain. Tall and wide window lets in natural sunlight which fills the room below. This allows for the room to appear more open, whilst still providing practical value.

Bad: Temporary dividers for the room. It makes the room seem cluttered and unfinished. Although it is good for temporary division of class, a sleeker appearance would have involved sliding dividers that had set separation placements.

Bad: Redesign of apple photo album. Before there was a side nav bar, but now it involves the user having to scroll all the way down to the bottom to view albums. The navigation of the album’s is also confusing as different albums are no longer as visible.

Netflix has good design because they have clear categories which allows the user to quickly identity their current shows and recommend shows. The design is simple and clear cut.

• Clearly shows the floor levels and where each classroom is located

• Has the amenities contrasted against the green background

• The typography is clear and easily seen in the white against the background

• Catchy colors: with a vibrant and fun color palette it definitely catches the audience's attention

• Striking design: with a comical design it deems as playful and friendly to the audience -- hence may encourage them to attend the event

Bad:

• Unclear where to find more information (mayhaps a qr code to their instagram or website or google maps would be nice)

• Art makes it look like there is a theme or will have drinking involved but is somewhat unclear

Difficult to locate specific photographs, layout is overly complicated. Non-essential features such as AI-created slideshows appear before custom albums and favourites, for example.

• Clear heading font, size and colour - easy to see

• Readable and well organised - alphabetically listed names with clear subsections

• Good colouring/ contrast - background colour and text colour are easy to read against one another

• Inconvenient access – To take a copy from the bottom, you have to remove all the newspapers on top.

• Discourages use – People may avoid taking one if it’s too much trouble.

• Messy outcome – Users might leave the stack untidy after digging for a fresh copy.

• Not user-friendly – It doesn’t consider quick or easy access for everyone.
