         <description><![CDATA[<div>Finding- School Site Council (SSC) is made up of teachers, parent, students, administrators,<br>*Supporting evidence- Meet at least once a month with all stake holders. Budget is approved by SSC.&nbsp;<br><br>Finding- Associated Student Body governs activities and expenditures<br>*Supporting Evidence- Approve all student activities and club expenditures by elected representatives from the student body.&nbsp;<br><br>Finding- Coffee with the Principal<br>*Supporting Evidence- Community members participate in an open forum with the Principal (once a quarter)<br><br>Finding- Principals Posse<br>*Supporting Evidence- Students are selected by 2nd period teachers to represent student interests and concerns with the principal once a month. Students report findings and discuss minutes with home room (2nd Period).<br><br>Finding- Monthly meetings with English Learners Advisory Council ( ELAC)<br>*Supporting Evidence- Council advises the School Site Council on issues related to English Learners (non voting committee, only advises)<br><br>FInding- ICC (meeting with club presidents)<br>*Supporting Evidence- Meeting with club presidents for all organizations on campus. Takes place once a month. Discuss upcoming school activities, changes in school rules, school issues, student concerns, also provides club advisors with important info to relay to club members.<br><br>Finding- School Advisory Council<br>Supporting Evidence- Advisory council on issues concerning general issues and represents all sub groups.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Findings:<br>The School Board has to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. The Board has adopted a uniform system of complaint process. (From District Website Board Policies)<br>The Superintendent or designee shall provide training to District staff to ensure awareness and knowledge of all current law and requirements.
