Goals are very important to give someone motivation. It's also the bar in which we have to reach to say that we've improved and that the way we're being educated works. To plan my goals, I want to see if it's really possible to grab these said goals and if they're even important. I want to know these while also not forgetting my basic needs. My health, both inside and outside.

Specific: Taking into account my mental and physical health, I didn't want to be too hard on myself this term but I also didn't want to settle with the bare minimum. So, my goal for this term is to at least get a B or A.

Measurable: Measuring this goal can be done by taking note of all returned scores in graded activities like Oral Exams and such. This is much easier to do with the help of the Progress Report Form that was given to us.

Attainable: This goal is not an easy one by all means. I have to put effort in not only doing them but delegating time slots for me to do them. I have to make sure they follow the three Ps. Perfect (correct answers), Punctual (submits ontime) and Proper (follows directions).

Relevant: We all want to succeed with flying colors. It's that sense of accomplishment that you can't get anywhere that's so satisfying to get. Not to mention, as Ateneans and people who embody the values of our school, we're meant to show MAGIS and everything we do.

Time-bound: This is doable! Very doable in fact. I have the beginning of first term until the last day of the said term to do this. I just know that I can succeed!

This term's been a very very inconsistent term for me. A lot of times, I ran out of motivation but there are also times where I was filled with motivation. To be honest, I'm fine with my progress and standing in math this term. I know to myself that I can do so much better and that I could've done so much better. Next term, I want to show my parents, my classmates, my teacher, my groupmates and especially myself that I did better than I did last time and I made up for the losses I had.
</sup>
Specific: For this goal - I'm pretty sure it's more or less within my reach. Based off my midterm marks, I got a B and if I keep on doing good on my tests and tasks, I can probably get an A. This reflects that while I did take enough care of my mental health, my grades and marks weren't sacrificed.

Measurable: For this goal - I sadly did not achieve it. Like I said before giving these evaluations, I lost motivation for a lot of things and this was one of them. In the grand scheme of things, this goal is less relevant than the rest as long as you know your standing but I still regret not putting much effort in this.

Attainable: For this goal - I can say with confidence that I've checked if things were Proper. I would say that I'm lacking on the other two though. For Perfect, there's some times where I don't get the topic and have to review all over again, and for Punctual, there was one time where I mistook a module for another. That was easily my biggest regret this term.

Relevant: For this goal - Can I say that I passed with flying colors? In other's perspective, yeah sure, but for my point of view, I know I could do better. MAGIS means doing better and better and even if this was the case, the way I did things was doing it better, doing it the same the next time, doing it lazily, doing it worse then doing it better again etc. It's all over the place.

Time-Bound: For this goal - There was definitely enough time to do all these goals. I just didn't execute them properly. I was right, they are doable but I didn't succeed nor fail as well.

This is the first video output we did as a group. Now, the questions weren't hard for my groupmates but generally, the whole concept of LE2V really boggles me even after tackling it twice in two grade levels. It's generally a pretty hard topic and though I understand it better, I don't quite have a full grasp of it yet.

What makes this video output challenging though is our lack of coordination as a group. Like I said, this was our first video output and we really didn't know what to do. A lot of things were messed up in the process of submitting this and these are a few of them:

Not all of the group members were able to talk at all

Sir Adrian Reyes initially did not have access to the video.

There were quite a bit of screw ups as well in the making of the video and answering the questions.

What I would've done new for this is I would've done the recording synchronously and prepared a script and jamboard for everyone. I would've also made it a project that'll unite the group rather than split it because in this task, we split it between me and Fonzi, and Euan and Friday. It wasn't that bad though.

What I like about our submission is the overall design. It's a design I decided to use once again in our performance task and it looks very catchy while still pleases eyes. I also liked the background music used, which I made, and the editing isn't that bad, considering it was rushed.

Originally, I was genuinely nervous at the thought of the Oral Exams. The limited time, possibly difficult and lengthy questions and so many things that I wasn't sure of led to me overthinking about this said task. I just kept reviewing and reviewing until I was sure that I mastered the topic. Thankfully and to my surprise, the questions were really easy and short. I was able to explain it with a little not too noticeable hiccups.

I prepared myself thoroughly for these Oral Exams and I really think that my high grades are of good reason. For the first one, I was very nervous like I said but I was able to breeze through it easily and I didn't have to do a second round. Sure, I may have forgotten to say some things here and there but sir helped me get through it easier and got me to remember the things I needed to remember. By the end of Oral Exam 1, I received a perfect score and a comment from sir saying:

VG! (very good)

For the second Oral Exam, I was pretty surprised that it was group work seeing that some of my friends from other classes had it done synchronously and individually. Of course, I really liked my group's company and they helped a lot. We made a script and a good looking but readable jamboard for the presentation. For both questions, I believe that we did well.

This performance task was the culmination of all our tasks into one. Our progress individually and as a group, seen in this one PT.

This was a pretty easy performance task if I'm being completely honest because we had a big amount of coordination and teamwork. The delegation of tasks was handled perfectly and everybody's work was just absolutely commendable. Our group already got used to working with each other because of photo outputs, video outputs and oral exams. Looking back at our group, we had a lot of chemistry and our collective work ethic was very commendable. Euan was the guy cheering everybody up and made everyone happy while also contributing, Fonzi is the quiet one who seems aloof but is eager to help and always has something to give and contribute. Friday is the serious while also kind of laid back member who wants to get things done so he won't have much left on his mind. (He kind of reminds me of myself).

In terms of the lessons, there aren't much misunderstandings or eureka moments because the Entry Tickets are useful when there's something we can't understand. I also ask help from my parents, classmates and other friends if I'm ever having trouble with something.

I would like to talk about the first photo, in which I answered Cerebry 1.1 instead of Cerebry 2.1 which was the task given to us. At first, I thought there was a reason on why I couldn't answer past 33% of ninja and let it be for 2-3 weeks. I come back, read the directions once again and see that I received a score of 0 on the task. I check why and it's because I answered the wrong module. I went back and answered it and also consulted sir regarding it.

The next photo is a misunderstanding in the submission. The photo outputs weren't handled well because of some sort of file mismanagement. It took a while before sir received the copies of my groupmates answers and decided in one of our synchronous classes to put the group's answers in the slides instead of individually submitting.

In summary, these are results of miscommunication between group members and it can lead to a lot of things. Maybe here it all led to a misunderstanding but if done on a bigger scale, things can get bad. This whole situation is a good learning experience and I believe that without it, I wouldn't prioritize file management as much as I do now.
