         <description><![CDATA[<div>student led and designed activity/supporting collective self defining projects/learning by doing&nbsp;<br><br>representation in planned curriculum/readings lists/presentations working from familiar reference points and then developing level of engagement with diverse forms of knowledge.<br><br>workshops in stress management in the context of education and learning/working with councillors and other services staff to share expertise and insight&nbsp;<br><br>connecting closer with other internal services and teams to developing careful and attentive referral systems and to better understand particular barriers people face to accessing support and address these by changing our structures<br><br>developing new resources centreing marginalised voices and narratives and breaking down grand (dominant) narratives to make information more accessible&nbsp;<br><br>trying to influence cultural change in all our work and remind people this is everyones work to do<br><br>changing formats of dialogue/learning situations to allow different voices to be heard and different levels of confidence to participate<br><br>running focus groups with students to co work on how to improve our delivery <br><br><br>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
