2. Feel if the soil is dry before watering
3. Observe if many roots has extend from the bottom of the pot, or lift the plant out from the pot if it appears light to check if it's overgrown with roots. Repot if necessary
4. Also check if the roots are rotting from excessive water and poor water drainage.
5. Remove dead or dying leaves as it may also consumes nutrients other health leave need as well.
6. Check for pest, wash or clean with light soap solution, diluted neem oil if necessary.
