The Four Noble Truths apply to racism and can be used to help reduce it. 
1. Life is suffering and racism is suffering that humans inflict on others. Racism is the problem but it's temporary and can end. 
2. Racism is caused by greed or desire and comes from ignorance. When people are being racist they are ignorant as skin colour doesn't change the person you are. Racism can also come from greed to be better than others. Racism comes from perspective and this can be changed. 
3. The cure for racism is to end the cause which is ignorance and greed. We are the solution to end racism.
