But my parents on the other hand were born outside of the United States, to be more specific they were born somewhere on the countryside of the Philippines. According to them they didn't have the best of childhoods over there. Later on in their lives both of their parents had decided to move to the United States, or the part of the United States that was closest to the Philippines (Hawaii.). They didn't give me an exact date when they moved so, oof. They lived in rural Philippines, it isn't exactly that easy to obtain money in such a place.
