In Uk, <br>- With the decrease in jobs in 2017, it is expected that the number of work experience available to UK's leading graduate employers will increase by 0.8% in 2018.<br>- More than four-fifths of the country's top graduate employers offer paid work experience courses for students and newly graduated students in the 2017-2018 school year, offering approximately 13,000 places<br>- Three-quarters of employers provide paid holiday internships for students in the penultimate year, and three-fifths of employers offer courses for undergraduates (usually lasting 6-12 months as part of a university degree program).<br>- Substantial numbers of employers now also have work experience places for first year undergraduates – a quarter of organisations offer paid internships and over a third of employers run introductory courses, open days and other taster experiences for first year students.<br>- More than a third of the recruits who participated in the study repeated the warnings of previous years - those who have no work experience at all have a low success rate in the selection process of their graduate programs.</div>]]></description>
