Eye stress and internet addiction are two main problems faced by citizens today. In order to prevent these major issues, it is essential that we are all taught the dangers that comes with digital subjects.

Example: using the 20-20-20 method in which a person takes a 20 second break from 20 minute use of computer, or looks away from the 20 minute computer use and focus on something 20 feet away.

9. Digital Security (self-protection): With digital use, comes the threat and risk of potential harm. There are many ways a person can cause harm to a person's computer. Anti-virus software and back up data should be used by all users and should be advocated to all digital users.
