My first academic goal is to get my first degree in Business administration! I will be able to use this degree to further my career at my current job. My career goals are to reach management within the next 3-4 years after I finish my degree and gain more knowledge about managing people.

Issues I've ran into taking online courses

The only real issue I've run into while taking online courses is finding time to study for tests because you're not going to class every day. I had this issue when I first started back at school but last semester I was a lot better at actually sitting down and studying. One thing our instructor can do to help us is just be available for us to reach out to her with issues we have whether it be issues with the textbook or have a question on an assignment.
