Still paper publication of textbooks or pdf level e-publication.</li><li>Belgium - still focus on textbooks. Some have online platforms for schools.</li><li>Sweden - school publishers have a lot of attractive e-resources (not OER) but very little e-publishing in university textbooks in Swedish. Generally low awareness of OER . OER not so widespread in Sweden.</li></ul>]]></description>
