- money may still get directed to fossil fuel projects
- how possible is it to put together labor and equity standards given the diversity and differences across labor unions?  also a challenge across different programs.
- difficult to think about comprehensive standards - currently a lot of fragmentation. 
- many dynamics around the urgency.  polarity around messaging between all this money and funding false solutions.
- funder dynamics - momentum around IRA implementation, moving people to focus on this.  at worst case, distraction from our long-term powerbuilding work.  could end up creating a dynamic of chasing money.
- vague and broad - more investments - vs more concrete wins people want to see in community.
