I learned to create items made out of everyday things. For the bobsledding activity I learned that adding straws to the bottom of the bobsled makes the bobsled slide faster down the ramp. In the curling activity I learned that tin-foil tares up the plastic rap which stops your stone from moving. So you needed a slick stone to allow the stone to glide across the table. When making my person and skis for the ski jumper activity I realized it was hard to keep my person stable.
