The learning used to take place in soft, comfortable seats, in relaxed states of consciousness. Some music was to be played followed after a little time by the teacher reading or recite the new text as students follow the reading in their textbooks translated to their mother tongue. It happens twice during the class. At the end of the "class" learners silently leave the room. They are not told to any homework.
