• Book your travel via Egencia by 10/7. Please aim to arrive in Philadelphia by 2 pm ET.

• SchoolKit has reserved a block of hotels. If you will require lodging during your time in Philadelphia, please indicate so in the form.

  • The Sonesta and the Sofitel are a 5-minute walk from one another.

  • If you do not request lodging, we will not reserve a hotel room for you.

  • If you choose to book a hotel on your own, the cost will not be reimbursed.

• Arrival in Philadelphia: Plan to arrive in Philadelphia by 2:00 pm ET.

• SDP Meeting: SDP District Leaders will provide context and expectations about the training day.

  • Arrive at your assigned school site to begin setup.

• Setup for Session:

  • Time: 8:00 - 8:45 AM

  • Prepare your training space with necessary materials and set up your technology.

• Facilitation Schedule:

  • Time: 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM
