Then I realized in so many areas I have to work more to be a Growth mind set person.

I really enjoyed the coaching session, Great examples were shared as case studies, which helped to reflect on various scenarios and look back my coaching experience.  key take always are things to consider while coaching and how to build ownership, nudge and follow up with our stakeholders.
