While you swim you are not just training you body and getting fit, you are also learning a different way of controlling your breathing and it exercises your heart meanwhile and It is also well known that swimming is the most complete sport as it exercises the entire body. What you most need to do is to be consistent on the trainings and trying to not skip the trainings. It is a really big sacrifice you need to do but if you really want it there is nothing that can stop you.</div>]]></description>
