They normally form in the summer  

 Cyclones form by thunderstorm activity in the tropical regions of earth, which are often called tropical waves.  As the ear condenses it causes clouds which gives of heat. The heat causes the ear to rise and expand witch causes decrees in ear pressure. Eventually ear from around the era starts to flow into the tropical waves this happens because, ear always move from areas of higher pressure to areas of low pressure. When that ear finally reaches the tropical wave, it starts to condense and it keeps on happening strengthening the storm. As this happens the storm begins to rotate and eventually it will become a cyclone. As it continues to rotate and get stronger a clear circular centre starts to form which is called the eye. The strongest winds are found on the eye wall which is found around the eye. This is how a cyclone forms

Caritas also responded to cyclone Winston’s devastation. Caritas helped by providing shelter for families affected. They also provided support where was needed like trying to get electricity back and helping with floods by putting up sand bags and things like that
