Did you know that climate affects pollen? Warm moist weather can cause pollen to spread much easier, while wind and insects also aid the movement. Pollen allergies are also connected to other intolerance. For example, some people cannot eat tomatoes, melon, parsley, bananas, apples, pears or nuts. If you think you might be allergic to any of these foods you should contact your doctor so that he can conduct tests to see what you could be allergic to. Typically pollen is less effective in the morning so this would be a good time to schedule any outdoor activities. Global warming is also a factor, which destabilizes the climate in areas that were unaffected by the allergy, resulting in an annual increase in the number of people developing a pollen allergy. Be aware of any climate changes, you can download a weather app on Google Play, to see if the weather could potentially affect you.
