Thank you so much for sharing your time, talent, and energy with TRG. I certainly hope you learned and gained a lot from the experience. We all, no doubt, learned a lot from the both of you. If I may offer some advice it would be this...document, reflect, and project. As you continue to engage in other experiences and opportunities, make sure to take the time to write down what those experiences were as a way reflect on how they helped you grow and learn. Then as more and more people turn to you for your expertise and skills, or other opportunities present themselves that you see as a good fit for you, you will have your library of experiences stored and ready to call on. So, I ask what are your top 5 learnings from your time at TRG? Think on that and be prepared to put those learnings to use as the next chapter of your careers unfold.

Thank you for all that you did to support our various clients both as a producer and a co-facilitator. You have accomplished much including your recent graduation (and graduation speech) from Bowie State University, getting PMP certified, and completing two semesters of the FPI. As you step into the next chapter of your life and continue your career journey, I pray that you are blessed with an opportunity to do work that you truly love. Remember to seek feedback, coaching, mentoring, and guidance along the way from individuals that you admire. Take time out for inquiry and reflection...these practices will serve you well. Also, remember to reach back and offer feedback, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to someone coming down the path.
