1) I see a tweet that could potentially lead to different views/conflicting opinions
2) I think that the carrier is scared of the accident happening again therefore they assume that the entire Ukraine airspace is unsafe
3) I feel that it is not wrong for the carrier to assume that the same incident might happen again but it is also wrong to think that it would 100% definitely confirm plus chop happen again in the same way

1. I see a tweet by the Singapore Airlines informing customers that the Singapore Airlines flights are not using Ukraine airspace
2. I think that this can be perceived as insensitive as some but I personally feel that it is not meant to be insensitive and is only mentioning the truth to help clear any disillusions about the airlines. The airlines only wanted to tell their customers that they would have a safe flight
3. I wonder, what exactly made people insensitive. It seems like people may have gotten upset when the airlines portrayed Ukraine airspace as a dangerous place but I do believe it is a valid thing to assure your customers

This tweet is bluntly put and could be seen as very stereotypical and insensitive to Ukrainians.
3) I wonder if Ukrainians view this tweet as offensive and if SIA apologised afterwards

I think Singapore Airlines assumed that the Ukraine Airspace is dangerous after the MH17 crash and therefore for the safety of their passengers, they are not using the Ukraine Airspace.
3. It makes me wonder what triggered the netizens to react negatively.

It would make sense if it was considered an attack at Ukraine for not having safe airspace but I guess people also feel that the post was too abrupt, vague and unclear
