My funniest experience was during my school excursion to san Andrés island. We were all excited because it was our first overnight trip without our parents. The journey began with laughter and endless chatter on the bus. Everyone was sharing snacks, singing songs, and making silly jokes.

When we arrived, we were assigned cabins. My friends and I decided to have a friendly prank war. One night, we thought it would be hilarious to put shaving cream on our friend Santiago’s face while he was sleeping. We tiptoed into his cabin, trying hard not to laugh. Just as we were about to apply the shaving cream, santiago suddenly woke up, startling us. In our panic, we accidentally sprayed the shaving cream all over his face!

The whole cabin burst into laughter, including Santiago. Our faces were covered in foam, and we couldn’t stop giggling. We learned that sometimes, the funniest moments are the ones that don’t go as planned.

That school excursion was unforgettable, not because of the activities we did, but because of the spontaneous, hilarious memories we created with our friends. It’s a story we still laugh about whenever we meet.

When I was staying at a hotel in Medellín, I wanted to visit my godmother’s room. She was on the 13th floor, and I was on the 3rd floor. So, I had to use the elevator, but I didn’t know how to operate it. When I pressed the button for her floor, it didn’t respond. As a result, I decided to take the stairs. I reached her floor completely exhausted. Finally, I realized that the elevator only operates with the room key. It was a confusing but educational experience.

One of the funniest experiences I’ve ever had, happened during a trip to the US. We had always dreamed of visiting the universal parks, and the excitement was impossible to hide. As soon as we entered, we felt completely amazed.

My auntie’s husband, who had promised to join every ride, was clearly nervous. He had never enjoyed roller coasters, but he wanted to be brave for the sake of his daughter. The funniest part happened on the revenge of the mummy ride. As it started, he screamed like a little girl who needed help, his reaction surprised us all, and my aunt, who had been recording, burst out laughing. The laughter continued when we watched the video later it was our new entertainment show.

We had waited so long for this trip, and it truly brought us joy. The experience created unforgettable memories. We explored the park, enjoyed the attractions, and shared moments of pure enjoyment. Even now, when we talk about that day, we still laugh.

It has been one of the most enjoyable and amusing adventures we’ve ever had. That moment turned into a favorite storytelling memory and gave us more than just fun, it gave us connection and lots of happiness.

I've been to many beaches here in Colombia, but when I was in San Andres, there were many embarrassing and funny moments, because I went with my classmates. So one day, my friends were drunk and they forgot the card inside the room, so they couldn't open the door. They had to call the hotel staff to let them in, and we all ended up laughing about it. Another time, we decided to go snorkeling, but my friend was so scared of the water that he ended up getting tangled in the equipment. We had to pull him back to shore, and he was soaked from head to toe. Despite all the mishaps, we had an amazing time on that trip, and our exploration of the island made it even more memorable. It was truly an exploratory adventure we’ll never forget.
