One famous story involving Krishna is Lord Krishna and Arishthasura. In this story a bull enters Vrindavan and starts attacking villagers. People ask Krishna to help out, and the bull turns out to be an actual demon, so he takes it to the ground and pierces its horn. After the fight the demon leaves the bull and bows to Krishna. He tells him he was a disciple of Lord Brihaspati, but he was cursed to be a demon bull because he did not respect his guru.

Krishna deals with the Hindu concepts of Dharma and incarnation. Dharma is considered to be the "law of the universe" and "social and religious rules". Whenever Vishnu feels as if people are not fulfilling their Dharmas he comes down to earth as a new incarnation. He came to Earth as Krishna this time in order to help guide his people and give them direction. Krishna relates to the concept of incarnation, because he himself is on of Vishnu's incarnations.

Krishna reveals many things about Hinduism and adds to our knowledge of it. Krishna is known for his embodiment of love and divine joy. He teaches the followers of Hinduism about these things. He is also a messenger of peace.
