Obviously action would need to be taken without starting a war. Bargaining would have to happen as another war would tear the world apart. If diplomacy fails economic sanctions would cut off supplies. Russia would be cut off from goods that It needs to feed its huge populace. Eventually the people or government would want to stop the sanctions so they release their grasp on Poland allowing it to have free elections. If this fails Poland would be under Soviet rule and be subject to harsh treatment.

The U.N would have to send aid via troops to discourage any communist incursions. The border would have to be held and clear lines of boundaries would have to be set. If the communists counter by mobilizing troops then diplomatic resolve will be achieved by offering to remove the troops.

All Allied Powers will work together to mutually protect Germany. After Germany rebounds they will be closely watched but be allowed to operate by themselves. With heavy economic aid Germany will eventually be accepting to the capitalist ways or they will be faced with economic sanctions. Lastly if anyone tries to get more than their “fair share” of Germany while they are down they will be faced with economic sanctions.

This way, we will not engage directly in war and persuade the Soviet Union into realizing how much of a negative choice trying to compete against 10 whole nations, all upgrading their weaponry and working towards the same goal, is. One small nation would most likely fail in a world power as grand as the Soviet Union. However, an entire union of nations working towards the same goal can most likely outmatch the will of any major world power out there. Although government funds would be necessary to make this happen, it would help preserve funds that would later be used up if direct war was engaged.

Firstly, the United States fears of the Indian military provoking catastrophic conflict with China, which could eventually get them involved not on their own intent. In order to accurately bring off this entire conflict, our nations should work with the United States on creating a peace statement with China and try to dissuade the Chinese military from further pursuing the Indian military. 

Part 2
Currently, U.S. and Filipino troops have joint patrols in the waters of the South China Sea. China denounced they’re actions as cold war thinking. This conflict could later cause a bigger conflict between the Philippines and China. The Philippines believe that China will begin to try and reclaim land, which makes them begin to stop China's expansion. This problem doesn’t really have a clear solution. The U.S. is being appropriate with the other nations by trying to stop the expansion of China as well as protecting allied nations. To fully stop further expansion of communism and China the U.S. needs to precaution in protecting nations.  

Part 3
The U.S. accused authoritarian regimes of decreasing their citizens’ rights because they believed human rights threatened the government’s power. If the government continues to lessen rights, the country could later turn into a communist state.
