Body gesture of the sales person gave a very friendly and welcoming sign to me.
Bad Point
Only 2 pieces of solitaire available in boutique and the lead time is unknown even if deposit is being collected.

2. Some of the diamonds with GIA certificate and some without GIA certificate. Based on the staff, another certificate from Switzerland. They usually don’t emphasied on certificate when selling. 2) The senior client advisor was able to narow down to my prefered design &  diamond preference.(Good)
1) When I mention that I was looking for a 0.70cts diamond ring, she tried to upsell me to get a 1cts instead. (This can be consider good or bad too, depending on how you look at it.)
2) The senior client advisor did not ask me for my details to follow up with me, but she proactively gave me her business card.
