One of the books I've been most excited about has been the 2nd book in the Lemoncello series. When we had to read the original book for 6th Grade (In Mrs. Breedlove's class), I read the book in a day. When, I heard about the second book, I got it almost immediately. The book is mainly about how a group of middle-school students did an extra assignment in school, and got early access to a library, in which the play games to see who can "escape from the library" (Without using the emergency exits). In the second book, the protagonists have to compete in a group of games like last time, but against people all over America who felt like they got cheated out of a chance to win. This competition is called "The Library Olympics". Overall, I can't say too much more without spoiling the book, but in my opinion, I rate the book a 9/10, my only problem being the lack of character "development".

Book Review #2 - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow (Contains Spoilers)

For my second book review, I'm reviewing a book I just recently re-read, the 7th book in the Harry Potter series, by J. K. Rowling. This book comes after the Half-Blood Prince so don't read any further before finishing that book. To start, this book was about Harry, and his 2 friends Ron and Hermione, traveling to places where the Dark Wizard, Lord Voldemort may have hidden a Horcrux, or a part of his soul. A Horcrux is piece of your soul that was broken and put into an item through Dark Magic, and it is necessary to destroy all the owners Horcruxes to fully kill them. Most of the book and part of the previous book are about this, and this ends up sparking a huge fight between the 2 sides, Hogwarts, and the Death Eaters (Voldemorts supporters). Overall, I think that this book is amazing and I enjoyed reading every page. I would rate the book 9.5/10, but I would recommend reading all the other books in the series first, as they are all great. The only problem with the book is that it is a little long, at 759 pages, but it is still one of the most action filled and detailed books there is, that also follow am actually interesting plot and storyline.
