GPA Training with Staff - bringing this to Sorrento, seeing the difference in staff.

All Region of Peel LTC and Day Program staff training in GPA- over the course of 2 months.

Court Diversion- with MH region, collaborating with BSO counsellors

Bringing CSW in Central West region from ASP- new project and initiative.

PAC training - certified training; can offer a variety of training lengths

Ability to be able to work in person- PIECES, BSO Foundations

Working with Clients- small smiles, big hugs, lots of blessings

Strength of BSO team come back together post COVID. Working with new PRC team, new ideas, creative ideas.

Education- Georgian College teaching students. Alzheimer Society Webinars- For Ontario

GPA- all Paramedics in Dufferin County trained

GPA- able to roll it out at Chartwell Pinegrove; there has been lots of turn over with BSO leads

130 hours in GPA coaching.

BSO Nursing team has been down 2 staff and have been able to manage this very well. There has been great team support.

Reconnecting with Care Coordinator- education around dementia, safety planning, general education, knowledge.

Dementiability Kits- including robotic animals, giving to people in the community. Seeing the positive response from clients.

MHFA- has sometimes been a challenge to get numbers however has seen an increase and improvement with collaboration. Have been able to run a few trainings.

BSO teams are receiving referrals that do not make sense- leadership team is pushing towards BSO referrals. Pathway is not being followed.

Monthly education at LTC homes- this has been a win, more staff are attending, using these techniques, positive response.

This year I have become a PIECES Educator- was able to complete my first training day.
