I think its the fourth “it can be removed”.

You generally cannot remove a conflict because no one wants to have conflicts in there life and once the conflicts are unwantingly created the only way to get rid of it is to thoroughly solve it by being open minded and understanding. Avoiding is an option too but the conflict and worry will just deepen.

This isnt true about conflict. Removal of conflict is temporary and unless it is thoroughly solved conflict will never leave. For example if someone is bugging you and you kill them to remove them, ten million other issues will arise which will make way for double the conflicts. For what it may seem removing the issue seems the easiest way out lets say blocking someone but the person will always find more ways to reach you. It will be unavoidable and it is definitely inevitable.

Conflict is a normal part of life and happens when people don’t agree. It cannot be fully avoided, and it will always happen sometimes. We can fix or solve many conflicts by talking and understanding each other. But conflict can’t be fully removed, because new problems can always come up. So, it is not true that conflict can be removed.

"Conflict is avoidable" is not true because wherever people interact, differences in opinions, values, and goals are bound to happen. These differences are part of being human and make conflict a natural part of life. Avoiding it completely is not realistic, in fact, trying to avoid conflict often leads to bigger problems later, as unresolved issues build up over time. Rather than pretending it can be avoided, it's healthier or better to accept conflict as inevitable and focus on handling it constructively.

This isn’t true because conflict can’t be removed without it no one will be unique and even if you think u have removed it will come back hunting you with bigger effects.

It can’t be removed because conflicts can’t be removed is my perspective of my view point due to :

conflict arises mainly due to avoiding even if u avoid it can’t be due to not agreement of peoples that’s how conflict arises
It can’t be removed ex you are arguing with your friend about your favourite subject but you are not agreeing to it but you think it can be removed no it arises due to no agreements in anything
Sometimes conflict can be mental health affecting by self esteemed and loneliness, ignorance can make someone worsened
Some people doesn’t showcase the value of other people have they don’t know their hidden talents

Reason: A conflict can be removed either it is resolved or it still stays as a conflict. If a person doesn’t remove a conflict, it will affect him and his mental health and ruin his happiness. It can be removed--every individual comes from a unique background with different values and beliefs. there will be times when two people encounter differences in opinion or that they both strongly disagree with. if any one of them disagrees to approach the situation with an open mind, it would definitely result in conflicts. For instance, in group projects, team members might fight over how to divide tasks—especially if one person insists on doing things their way without considering others' ideas.
