         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Black Panthers were founded in 1966 by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale, the group was a political organization the brutality challenged police against the African American community. The organization first met in 1967 while they were still students at Merritt College in Oakland, California. It had been founded after a police man shot and killed an unarmed teen named Matthew Johnson and also after the assassination of Malcolm X. In 1967 after they had first met, Huey Newton killed Oakland police officer John Frey and was later convicted to man slaughter in 1968 and was then sentenced to two, 15 years in prison  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Black Panther Party sued the U.S and officials because of these secret and unknown decisions that were being made to take down the party. A dismissal was granted to the Black Panther Part because most questions weren't answered and answers weren't confirmed. The court found that the U.S planning to take down the party was a Constitutional Violation.</div>]]></description>
