         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think we have to simply understand that we may be given one title and told to do one job but there is so much more to that title and of course there are millions of things to do in order to succeed at that job. We need to see the bigger picture and understand that without goals and willingness to change there is no reason to try. As administrators we also have to be willing to delegate and know who to give those task to. Specialist are there for a reason and we have so many resources right in our own circle that it would be foolish not to use them. If we can see what we have offered to us and use it in a goal orientated or organized way there will always be a purpose and a successful outcome. </div>]]></description>
