I used growth mind set by having my sister look over my letter and helped me revised it! I demonstrated excellence because this was a difficult assignment to do because you had to think to the past! What I took away from emailing Ms. Steiner, was she also believes I should be less shy, and speak up more. Also that she believes I have a bright future ahead of me in a medical or teaching field which is stuff I've greatly considered going into to.

What I took away from my face to face interview with my dad was they also believe I should speak my opinion more more and be less shy and put myself out there more. And if I set my mind to something I'll bring able to do it I just have to motivate myself.
