they talk about the event they say what they did in the situation the outcome how they felt and what things could be done better next time.

It goes into much more detail about their feelings before and after the event and how these changed after thinking back on the situation and writing in the journal. As well as detail about the situation.

It describes not only how the person felt at the time, but also how they felt after initially hearing the news and again days later still reflecting. Park (1) was more of a recount of the days rather than a reflection. I felt like the others were full of in depth detail that almost looked to me like a story rather than a reflective piece.
