I tried skiing when I traveled to Canada but any of the family members knew how to do it, I think it was a risk to do this sport without the knowledge so when we tried at the mountains a huge polar bear helped us and finally we could do the skiing.

Many years ago in High School, I took a trip and tried the zip line. But I try once I enjoy and I never try again. I wouldn't say I like how I feel it like nerves with joy and fear. I never try another extreme sports.

I used to be in the Navy, and one of the most extreme things I did was sailing in the open sea for 10 days. We visited different ports along the way, but most of the time, we were surrounded by nothing but water. The waves were big, and the wind was strong, so it was hard to stay calm. We had to work as a team to keep everything in order. It was both scary and exciting, but it taught me a lot about patience and strength

Skydiving in Tequesquitengo

When I was young, maybe 20 years ago, I went to Tequesquitengo, and was my first time in Skydive jumping. Was really extreme but exciting at the same time.

And now every year I return to make the same activity because I love it, I'm feeling good, I like the adrenaline in my body.

I climbed a rock without equipment 3 years ago. It was a rock with 8 meters high, It wasn't that high but in my eyes It was a pretty big mountain. I remembered I was absolutely nervous in that moment. I couldn't think well and I started getting worried because of the fact that I could fall and get injured. My coach told me that I would be right, I only had to breathe and be confident about my skills and all the hours that we practiced for this moment

Last year, I visited Peru for vacations and in the tour I was visit Vinicunca Mountain, but I don´t read the necessary information and I didn't exercise for at least one month before climb the mountain, and I can up without big problems, but... going down wasn´t easy and I hurt my knee, the slope of the mountain is very big.
