The weaknesses of the AOC would lead to many problems that would not be able to be fixable under the current government. What could have been done to improve the weaknesses of the AOC would be to make government more equal or give someone to be in charge, like a president. They also could have given everyone equal power. They could have asked the states what they would want and come to an agreement.

Summary of the AOC

The AOC overall was that the representatives of the 13 states gathered and agreed to create a confederacy called the United Sates of America. This would have each state maintains it's own sovereignty and all rights to govern. But, the AOC of course did have many weaknesses and it was not working out. Because of this, men met at the constitutional convention to rewrite the AOC. But they ended up throwing it away and writing the U.S Constitution
