What is causing you to have these feelings?</p><p>N - Non-Identification - Remind yourself that you are not this feeling and this feeling does not define who you are as a person</p><p>N - Nurture yourself back to regulation - Engage in activities or mindfulness work that nurtures your mind and body back to a regulated state.</p>]]></description>
