Work hard, stay consistent and be patient". This quotation reminds me whenever I feel demotivated, lazy and unproductive. Indeed, achieving our goals is never been as easy just like a snap of our hands. We have been pursuing, and working hard enough to make impossible to possible for over a long period. Anxieties, frustration are challenges we may inevitably encounters. But our determination to achieve every single goals, every realization we make in the most difficult situation we feel. Our goals becomes more stronger. Our determination screams inside us. 
With then, pursuing this career really challenge my determination. I have been stumbled for several times conquering expectations and self-judgment. Yet still here I am writing this to comply. It signifies that I will still get what I want in LIFE. Despite of the challenges , my perseverance is much more deeper and stronger. It's been never easy to 'dream, because if I will not live for it, if I no longer feel scared to it,  then its no longer a dream. As of now, I am taking the most difficult situation of managing time, peer pressure and adulting. Everything seems different when I was just a little girl but all I can do is to accept challenges and to continue growing from this.  
Equipping my self with knowledge and experiences help me a lot to take a closer step into my dreams. Being a pre-service teacher is like stepping on a thin ice but I'm quite sure that the end path will always be successful, there's always a price and a triumph to feel. 
As I am still honing the best of me, to be fitted in this noble profession. I must always be knowledgeable for I can not give what I don't have. I have realize that its not only about giving opinions but justifying it with concrete theoretical concepts and principles. I must be skilled in terms of having competencies based on the given standards because everything is in lined and monitored. For I and we want a quality system. Truly observation gives us a different level of learnings. We just record, analyze and reflect  everything we can see in the four corners of the room. Eventually, this experience helps us to have an actual reference of issues and occurrences happening in a real life school. At some point, I learned effective strategies and learning styles that I can adapt in the future. Thus, this experience urge me to apply what I have learned in the school, about theoretical principles and methods in teaching processes, since the resource teacher told me that in reality what we have learned is not always applicable, which I disagreed. Because if we want to achieve something we can always find way, not about perfection but at least an improvement. Hence, if not doing so the learning process will not be effective. I may say that the resource teacher that I was assigned still lacks of adaptation of current styles and teaching approaches that would meet the learners' interest and level. Nowadays, learners are in the modern era so the teachers must prepare them to be trained in the different 21st century skills and to ensure 100 percent participation and to make sure that they are really learning. 

The weaknesses of the resource teacher pushes me to come up with a plan, and makes my passion to be more deep in level. I have observed what is lacking, what must be change and what must be do. Relatively to what I have observed the teacher used traditional approaches most of the time. The pedagogy used is behaviorist. The students are passive and the teacher talks more during the whole discussion. The students does not have opportunity to discover the lesson by themselves. Its like spoon feeding.  Also the discussion does not promote Bilingual Education. The mode of the instruction in discussing English subject is in the native language.  Binocular language used most of the time that is why the student will not have an opportunity to explore and understand English. Moreover, the teacher does not apply  the Schema theory, she failed to check the prior knowledge of the students regarding the topic. All in all critical thinking does not promote in the discussion. 

With this, I am triggered to do my passion with a sense of innovation and compassion to extent effort for the betterment of the learners. Most specially the learners are very much willing to learn. To add, what is shocking more is the boys are most active than girls. This instance is a great opportunity to level their needs. Teachers role is to develop their potentials we must not waste it specially if you can see the determination and perseverance of the learners. What I want to change is the instructional method and also application of theoretical concepts to ensure a quality education.
