I can listen to different perspectives of the book other than mine.

For example, people would want to read 1 page a night for the whole 4 weeks with the shortest book, while others wanted 50 pages with a HUGE book in 2 weeks, and then move on to another book. 

THE GOOD:  We had good discussions over the book and with the good discussions came good understandment.

Sometimes I get a very good group of people and we all are on topic and cooperating. Other times aren't as smooth. There are people constantly talking off topic, people not reading, and people who can't seem to understand that we were supposed to be working. Also, sometimes the selections of books options aren't very good. I like to read books that are interesting from the start, and I hope there are books like that in this book club. Overall, I hope to have a good group that listens, stays on task, and actually reads.
