<title>Behavioral Theory: Negative consequences have an impact on our motivation to do better. Positive reinforcement, or positive consequences, will motivate us to keeping behaving in a certain way to gain rewards. We strive to be rewarded, and will feel positive in order to attain rewards. </title>

<title>Cognitive Theory: When there is a positive interpretation, and positive behaviors there will be a positive outcome. I think of this similarly to manifesting. When you act good, and put good out there, then there will be good things. Experiences can change our interpretations, which can change how we behave and the outcome. We can change our thoughts from negative to positive, which can also help us learn. </title>

<title>Social Theory: The four stages of social theory are attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation. Attention is when we observe the behavior. Retention is remembering it and encoding it. Reproduction is reproducing what we observed. Motivation is the desire to execute the behavior we learned. Relationships also impact our motivation towards our goals. </title>

<title>Humanistic Theory: This involves basic needs that need to be met first. After, you then can take on more complex ideas. You need safety, then love and belonging where you can find support and form relationships. After this, you can gain self-esteem. With confidence in yourself, comes self- actualization where you can fill your potential. </title>

<title>I believe the theory for me that was most helpful is the social theory. I find relationships are important. I also am very observant and have a lot of motivation towards my goals. I use a lot of positive behaviors and try to always execute them to have a positive outcome. </title>
