1) To work together as a team. Everybody has to give their all to help the team. Even if you think you can't do it, just go ahead and do it anyways, even if you screw up. It does not matter if you do no get it right on the first attempt, what matters is the amount of effort you put in. Despite challenges, we have to persevere and push on, no matter what. That everybody is a leader in their own way. 

2) Even though many of us, almost all of us met each other for the first place, we put aside our pride and even did things we were uncomfortable with, we broke the weird tension and managed to form a strong group.

3) Some stations could be done better but we still tried our best.

But as the day goes by we are able to work with each other as a team. Our group demonstrate support for one another as we accomplish the given activity. 

2)What went well is that I am able to make friends with my groupmate and have fun with the activities. Although we were the last team for the first activity.

But can see that everyone is slowly stepping out of their own comfort zone to communicate with each other as compared to the first few hours of the day hahaha. Everyone tried to participate and throw suggestions in which is good ah, but can definitely be better!! 

Having team work would actually be a problem to us because we are all new to each other. However I feel that it turns out quite well ah because we're all able to work with each other. Although some of us are still shy and awkward and stuff, but when we are required to complete certain things, we will just forget about being shy and awkward and get things done fast, nicely, and doing it together. So ya, good job and well done guys!!

Communication. We really need to communicate more with each other be it when required to complete things, or just simply sit down and chit chat with each other during free time would be good too. This will help us to be least awkward and shy around each other. It would also help us to communicate better when doing things!!

Patience- Patience is important because everyone of us comes from different background with different kind of personality and different kind of attitude from each other. Some may be outgoing and loves to talk a lot while some may be shy and don't dare to talk. So we need to have patience when communicating with each other.

1.2. Teamwork- Teamwork is one of the important factor for a team's survival or success when working in a team. Everyone needs to work together to achieve the objective together. At the end of the day, everyone have the same common goal.

1.3. Respect- Respect is a value that applies no matter where we go or what we do. Everyone have their own point of view and perspective and it may or may not be the same as someone else's. So it is important for everyone of us to know how to respect and be open-minded to other's point of view and their perspective.

3. I think in terms of communication when doing things or planning some thing, there's still room for improvement because some of us are still kinda shy and awkward and not really willing to step out of their comfort zone.

1) The first thing I've Iearnt to persevere despite tiredness, and give it your all. To not give up when it is tough. Instead of working hard, we also have to work smart together as leaders. The second thing is that not all us are good in everything, so some may not be strong in certain area. But regardless, we leaders have to plan to work together. The third thing I've learnt is that leadership is not about one person leading, it's about everybody leading together as a team. We are a team and a camp of leaders. I've also learnt to be responsible as we have to take care of our teammates and our belongings at all time.

1) Even though it was sunny and humid, we still persevered and carried on. We are all leaders, we are all different in sizea but all capable of leading. We can all take the lead and lead others to accomplishments, but we have to step out of our comfort zone. 

2) Everybody in BLAZE camp also participated despite our shyness during performances and gave it our best shot. Everyone played a part in contributing to make it a memorable night. Everybody including the facilitators, teachers, the staff and the students and BLAZE leaders. Day 3 is a very fun day.
