The children got involved with many cultural traditions, we tried Chinese food (stir fry, noodles, prawn crackers, spring rolls), danced like a dragon, did Chinese yoga and Claire told us a story that we acted out. 

Some children even showed of their skills by using the chopsticks to pick up their food and eat it.
