• Manner: To learn the correct steps and respectful attitude for the tea ceremony and pass the traditional Chinese etiquette to the next generation.

• Respect: To show respect for elders through the process of serving tea.

一、 準備階段 (Preparation)

1. 備茶 (Prepare Tea)

沖泡好溫熱的茶水

Brew warm tea .

2. 端茶 (Hold the Tray)

雙手端著茶杯/茶盤

Hold the tray with both hands.

二、 奉茶階段 (Serving Phase)

3. 鞠躬 (Bow)

向父母/長輩鞠躬一次（約30度）。

Bow to parent/ elder (approx. 30 degrees).

4. 奉茶 (Serve the Tea)

身體微向前傾，雙手將茶杯遞到父母/長輩面前。

Lean slightly forward, passing the teacup to parent/ elder with both hands.

5. 致謝 (Express Gratitude)

眼神看著父母/長輩，說出感恩的話（如：感謝父母無私的付出）。

Have eye contact with parent/ elder and say 'Thank you for taking good care of me all the time.'

6. 恭立等待 (Wait Respectfully)

保持端正站姿，安靜等待父母/長輩飲茶。

Maintain a proper standing posture and wait quietly while parent/ elder is drinking the tea.

三、 禮成階段 (Completion Phase)

7. 收回茶具 (Retrieve the Cup)

父母/長輩飲茶完畢後，雙手收回茶杯/茶盤。

After parent/ elder has finished the tea, retrieve the cup or tray with both hands.

8. 再次致禮 (Final Bow)

向父母/長輩再次鞠躬，表示感謝和告退。

Bow again to parent/ elder to show gratitude.
