         <title>Sydney Opera House</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>First, the was inactive tram deport there. The construction started in 1959 and was completed in 1973 .<br>The lottery was organized to gain funds. A Danish architect Jørn Utzon, who won the competition didn't meet the demands because he only sent a sketch of the project. <br>Still, his work was so outstanding that it was chosen out of 222 sent works. The building is made in modern expressionist style. The Opera is made of steel, concrete and glass. The Opera house has 7 rooms adapted for different performances.  There is the place of The Sydney Symphony as well as The Opera Australia and The Australia Ballet. It has been on the list of the UNESCO World Heritage since June 2007.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It<strong> is the most beautiful and famous beach in Sydney. It's  6 km long a picturesque coast. <br> The Bondi to Coogee Beach contains beaches, rocks, parks and spectacular views of the coast .It is the place where whales emigrate from May till November. The route starts from a tiny beach-Tamarama. The beach looks fantastic. The views are great.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>Sydney Harbour Bridge</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is the bridge located near the bay of The Port Jackson<strong>. The construction started in 1921. The reason was to join two distant sea banks. During the building of it 16 people lost their lives. The bridge is 1149 meters long! Its  highest point has-134 meters. Every year there are organized firework displays. The bridge contains  8 traffic lanes , 2 tracks, a pavement and a bike path . Until 1958 there were trams running there. The construction cost over 10 million pounds .   In 1988, the biggest polish ship "Dar młodzieży" sailed under the bridge. The view from the bridge is fantastic! </strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>Saint Mary&#39;s Cathedral</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The temple was built in neogothic style. It is the biggest church in the whole Australia.<br>This is the primate's  seat. It has the title of a minor basilica since 1930. This cathedral was built a year after the first priests had come(1821) In 1835 it was called cathedral 30 years later it was burnt down. Reconstruction and repair of the cathedral lasted 23 years. It has 2 towers 75 metres high and the third-45 metres. Australian sandstone was used to its building. It's one of the most beautiful church in the world.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>The rocks</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>It was the first home  of coming colonist. It is full of beautiful, old, historic houses. It's situated next to the Bridge and The Opera in the very center of the city. It was a port once, therefore it was full of slums, poverty and drunk mariners. They wanted to level it with the ground in the 20th century . Nevertheless, they didn't destroy The Rocks due to the people's protest. Now there is beautiful there!  Most of the tourists visit that district with pleasure. The best time to visit the rocks is Saturday morning when there are only a few visitors.  </strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>Olympic Pool North Sydney</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>It's a complex of swimming pools which allow to relax admiring the port of Sydney Harbour, next to The Luna Park. The complex is equipped with heated appliances ,a gym, a spa ,and a sauna. There are swimming carnivals organized every summer. There are often  organized sailing shows. After the completion of building The Harbour Bridge they built an artificial  swimming pool of olympic size . The pool was opened on 4th of April 1936. The heating was added only in 2000. In 2001 25 meter  indoor swimming pool was added to it. The local is run by the North Sydney Council. The impressions afterswimming in there are indescribable.   </strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>Sydney Observatory</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>It was built in 1858 . The Observatory in Sydney is the most important place in scientific  history of the country. The Observatory in 19thcentury was needed for sailing.<br>Still, today this observatory is treated as a museum and a public observatory. It contains a lens telescope, a steered telescope by computer and solar -hydro-alfa telescope. The observatory enables using them during sightseeing. It is open during day and night. You can spend there a lot of hours watching the stars and not having enough. Many tourists visit the place all year round. It's worth seeing! </strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a big botanical garden situated in the centre of Sydney<strong>.It was opened in 1816. The garden is the oldest scientific institution in Australia. It is open everyday for free. This garden is next to The Opera House and The Harbour Bridge. Is the most often visited place in Sydney. The governor created it as his garden. The Botanic Garden was once a zoo. It was the first a zoo in Sydney. It was zoo till 1833, but animals were transported to The Moore Park. It has been called a Royal Botanic 1959. </strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>It's a mountain chain in New South Wales. The highest top One Tree Hill is 1111 high. The mountains are the part of watershed mountains. The National park of The Blue Mountains has 1500 km². This Park is on The UNESCO World Heritage List.The name of these mountains comes from the plants growing there-eucalyptuses. Ethereal oils make blue glow. In Australian winter time there are only small snowfalls. At this time in nearby hotels people dress up Christmas trees and serve Christmas dishes to create a special climate. In this place there are beautiful hills called "Three Sisters"</strong></div>]]></description>

In Sydney there are over 70 beautiful beaches for sunbathing ,swimming and surfing.<br>3.Port Jackson is the biggest natural bay and a port in the world. It is 55 km²</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>It is the highest building in Sydney and the second highest view point on the whole south hemisphere.The Sydney Tower Eye is a member of the Skyscraper Federation. It's situated at Market street. It's 309 meters high. It is often visited by tourists. The construction of the building started in 1970, and the tower started to build 5 years later. The total cost for the building cost 36 mln dollars. The whole construction was completed in 1981. Donald Crone created the project for the tower. The view point can contain 960 people.</strong></div>]]></description>
