I am looking froward to develop my leadership skills and self-knowledge through the placement. After graduation, my personal development goal will be to continue strengthening my leadership and operational skills so I can support both my team and the clients we serve at the food service industry. Over the next year, I want to deepen my knowledge of food safety systems like HACCP, improve my confidence in supervising and motivating staff, and enhance my communication skills, specially when managing challenges or resolving conflicts calmly and professionally. To achieve this, I plan to seek mentorship from my placement supervisors, managers, professors and other experiences leaders, participate in other training opportunities, and take on responsibilities that allow me to apply what i learn in real life settings. My goal is to lead by example, support a positive work environment, and consistently contribute to safe, high-quality food service operations.
