Before assuming this position in 2015, Mathew Horton served three years as owner and manager of Vintage Crush, a Bentonville retail store that focused on the restoration and sale of vintage furniture.

He established Vintage Crush after working for 13 years as a Walmart IT operations store planning manager. He laid the foundation for his technology work as a student of computer information systems at the Northwest Technical Institute in Springdale, Arkansas.

Outside the professional arena, Mr. Horton has applied his management expertise as a volunteer with the Northwest Arkansas Children&#39;s Shelter and its Summer Art Camp. For the past three years, he has chaired the Trust Stand Together initiative of Walmart’s Associates in Critical Need program.</description>
