I had fun doing meditation and it cleared my mind for once.

We had an ample amount of fun and enjoyed a lot giggling and spending time with each other.

Even though I couldn't watch any screen, it was fun doing all the other activities that I could do while watching no screen. It had a lot of benifits like boosting my imagination,

Making my mind and self control stronger and more. It was also a lesson for me to decrease my screen time for myself.

Servings- 2 people

Start bye taking half a cup of moong ki dal and half a cup of rice. Mix both of these in a bowl. Now add water and wash the mixture. Wash it 3 to 4 times then let it set in water for half an hour. Once the mixture has set drain out the water. Then add salt and turmeric. Finally let the mixture cook in the cooker for 20 to 25 minutes. Now your delicious khichdi is ready!!!!!!
