The training session start with a short briefing by Mr. Shukri, assistant administrative manager. My first activity was to go through the main info about the background, vision, mission and fee of package provided. Next, i went for sight-seeing around the resort and snap for some photos for my report. At 1:10pm, i went out for recess and back at 2:10pm. The training continued with managing the meal for guests. There was a programme by Dato'Yusof Ismail from USIMA at Sapphire Hall and everything went well. I met Datin Rohayu, the director of PLR.

Today,  I learnt how to answer the phone call ,communicate with customer and how to solve any problem or complain. I love when using walkie talkie to roger with staff. Then, I learnt about the booking system, check in and check out. At the same day, i also help a group of student with their geography folio task. They asked about the resort geography, development and the potential in nowadays market. In the evening after recess, I help the staff do the invoice file. After that, I checked room after the guest check out. At the same time, there are two programs that was running through the day, 1) Reunion scot 1024 veteran 7 RAMD and 2) school program from SRIDA. In the middle of the day, there was a conflict happened among these two programme. I was very nervous and scared when they came to me because it was my first time facing the problem. They make some complain but at the end the problem had been solved smoothly by the help from the staff and i was relieved. It was a hectic day. Today, there was a group of fishermen association from Teluk Bahang, Penang held a programme collaborate with firefighter squad here for 3 days 2 nights.Unfortunately, the resort had to face the water problem the whole day. I feel very excited for this precious opportunity . Then, I and my friend fold a box of pamplet. The housekeeper also teach me how to do room service when the guest out of room. The activities continued with booking practice, quotation and invoice. Today, I learnt how to manage the stock by supplier. My ability in communicate with guest had improved day by day. I can speak and explain fluently to guest about the package provided.
